REFUND POLICY

 

At D0ct0rjay’s R3pt0l0gy, we prioritize the health and well-being of our animals and reptiles. To ensure the best experience for our customers and the safety of our animals, we have the following refund policy in place:


1. All Sales Are Final


Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an animal has left our facility.


2. Health Guarantee


We guarantee that all animals are healthy, properly fed, and in good condition at the time of sale. If there is a health concern upon arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the animal, providing clear photos and/or videos. We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


3. Shipping & DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

-We offer a live arrival guarantee for animals shipped via approved overnight shipping services.

-In the rare event of a DOA, the buyer must report it within one hour of delivery with photographic/video evidence. Failure to do so will void the guarantee.

-The live arrival guarantee is void if the package is left outside, not signed for on the first delivery attempt, or exposed to extreme temperatures.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a replacement is offered, the buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs.


4. Sex & Genetic Guarantee

-We do our best to provide accurate sex and genetic information based on our experience and breeder records. However, minor genetic variations can occur, and we do not offer refunds based on subjective traits.

-If an animal is incorrectly sexed, please notify us within seven days of receipt with proof from a licensed veterinarian or experienced breeder. We may offer a resolution at our discretion.


5. Care & Responsibility

-Once an animal leaves our care, the buyer assumes full responsibility for its well-being. We are not responsible for improper husbandry, incorrect setup, stress-related issues, or failure to acclimate.

- Refunds will not be provided for animals that fail to thrive due to improper care.


6. Cancellations & Deposits

- Deposits on animals are non-refundable but can be transferred to another purchase at our discretion.

- Orders canceled before shipping may be eligible for store credit but not a cash refund.
